Frigidaire Model Ffmv164lsa

I am being given the run around by Frigidaire customer service. I bought a new home with this microwave already installed in kitchen and it is still under warranty. The cooking table turns but it still burns all food in center and leaves outside ring raw. Technician looked at oven and said all mechanical aspects are working so just needs to be replaced but Frigidaire refuses to cooperate. Does anyone know what causes this problem?

Sometimes the size of the plate, plate material and how long you have the cycle set for could be the culprit. If the center is being cooked too much, see if you notice any burn or cook marks inside the unit's cabiney as proof of overheating. As long as the unit is heating, most manufacturer's will say the unit is working properly. I would just have another opinion on the unit given and then try different plate sizes and materials and notate if you see a difference in the food product.
