Hello krader1 – Unplug the unit or flip the household circuit breaker. Wait approximately ten minutes and then turn the unit back on. Confirm that the door is properly latched and select a cycle. If it proves to be ineffective, then the unit may possibly have more serious issues such as; wiring failure, damaged cord, faulty door latch assembly or control board. At this point, I personally recommend reaching out to a service provider to narrow down the precise issue before investing in parts that may or may not be the root cause.
