It sounds like the temperature control of your Frigidaire freezer (LFUH21F7LM0) is in the off position. When this occurs the temperature control turns off the compressor, but does not disconnect the power to the light bulb or other electronics. Let’s try reactivating your freezer by pressing the UP arrow until display shows “4” or desired setting. Please allow 24 hours for temperature to stabilize. For future reference you can lock the control to keep from accidently changing the temperature setting. I hope these troubleshooting tips help you in some small way.
