Hello demodan – Let’s try reprogramming the freezer. This can be done by either unplugging the unit or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position. Wait roughly 15 minutes and then turn the unit back on. The freezer should resume to normal operations and you should be able to reduce the temperature. If resetting the unit does not resolve the issue, it may possibly be an indication that the unit has a faulty temperature control/control board or a potential wiring failure. In this regard, I would suggest reaching out to an Authorized Service Technician that will be able to assist you in the diagnosis of your appliance.
