Is There Anyone At Frontier Who Cares About The Terrible Service?
I am a relatively new customer to Frontier who has few other options for internet service. From day one there have been long delays, broken promises, people who didn't show up for service calls (and never called to say they weren't coming or to reschedule), reps who said they would send out new equipment and never did, requests for additional information about why our service keeps dropping out that went unanswered. The last contact I had with them was in early January when they were supposed to send out a tech to fix our problem. Never saw the tech, called to tell them to stop billing me until I got service. Still no tech or followup call, but am receiving bills. I'm an old lady and have never dealt with any other company like this in my life. Who can I contact?
