Fujitsu Lifebook S6520 Is Not Working

When power comes ON the laptop not ON just LED of NUMLOCK becomes flashing/blinking no beep no display shown. The LED is  flashing/blinking contineusly till the power of laptop turns OFF by pressing the power button for a while. PLZZZZZZZZ tell me what is the problem being held with that thing

i had the same problem with 2 of mine.my first thought was the screen.then the fan would not start in post.heat sink very hot. then i thought the mother board.then cpu.i replaced.the fan/heat sink/and cpu.it worked out great.for under 30.dollars.ebay dont forget thermal paste.10. dollars best buy.
