Why Was My Lowes Account Closed??

I was recently told by GE Money that my Lowes account is closed.   I have always been current with my payments either on line or in store with LOWES.  I only have a low limit on this account to begin with which is nothing.  But does help with smaller items like ac filters, etc. I have been unemployed for almost 2 years, just recently started new job.  But still don't understand why my account was closed due to a low credit score.   I was not delinquent on my payments, just a low credit score.  I don't feel this is quite fair to me. I would appreciate an answer to this problem my account number is  81924081746802.   I would really appreciate it if you could reopen this account, or tell me how or when I can do so.
