Refused Long Term Hardship By Ge Money
I recently applied for a long term hardship agreement as I had lost my job. They aggreed to a short term hardship agreement & we kept up the payments. When I requested a long term hardship agreement, they refused on the basis we we overcommited. Is this legal and why would they decline me when I am clearly suffering extreme hardship. Thank you in advance
