Setup Security Q&a;now Won't Take A's,user Name, Password.can't Pay Bill Today!
Set up our requested security Q & A's yesterday 4/5/12; the User and Password were accepted as usual. Tried to check Payment & Balance today & says we don't have account & that the User Name & Password are wrong & that the answers given for our own security questions are incorrect. Tried to register again & it says we already have an account! Tried to log in & it says that our User Name & Password are incorrect &/or that we don't have an account (again). Also won't work with Quicken now. Can't set up bills for payment any longer.
