What Causes 1993 Gmc Jimmy To Burn Gas

It may be time for a tune-up. Worn sparkplugs are the most common reason for poor gas mileage. With a poor spark you get less efficient combustion leading to the engine working harder to produce the same power as before. Try changing the plugs and wires out and see if there isn't a noticable differance.
