Hvac Trouble

HOT AIR COMES OUT OF DRIVER SIDE WHEN AIR IS ON. I SHUT THE CAR OFF AND RESTART AND IT BLOWS NORMAL BOTH SIDES. IT IS HAPPENING MORE FREQUENTLY. IS THIS A CONTROL PROBLEM OR BLEND DOOR ? IF IT IS BLEND DOOR WHICH ONE ?
