How To Get A New Powerup Rewards Card

You will need to contact customer service via phone at 877-676-GAME or 877-676-4263 to request a one-time issue of a replacement card. They will cover the first one free but any additional replacement cards requested they will deduct 500 PowerUp Rewards Points from your account. Please note also that points must be available in order for a replacement card to be requested.
