Tracker Comunication

I have a Astro 220 DC30 combo. Astro will not pick up the collar nor will it pick up my map. I have saterlite comunication 4/5 bars, 3 pulses. I have cleared all dogs and am able to add to dog list. The astro can conect to collar to identify it. I have reset collar then astro with no improvement eather time. Have been able to test with another 220 and DC30 and have found that it is not my DC30 that is the problem.
