If you want to delete just one favorite in your "Saved Favorites", tap the one you want to delete, then tap "Edit". The "Delete" option is within the "Edit" function.
If you're talking about POIs that you loaded onto the Garmin, you will need to connect it to your PC and use Garmin's "POI Loader" software. POIs are different than favorites. You can find a lot more info about POIs at: http://www.poi-factory.com/node/85
