How Do I Retrive My Password?

can not get into system because i can not remember pasword. do not know how to reset it because can not get pass user page

Hello juliamapp follow the stpes below if you have lost or forgotten my login password.

1. Make sure Caps Lock is turned off.

2. For Notebook computers, make sure Num Lock is turned off.

3. If the password has special characters in it (examples: ! * $ # +), make sure you press the SHIFT key (not the CTRL key) when entering the password.

4.Try these common default passwords:

- Administrator
- Password
- Leave password field blank
If you are unable to correcly enter the password after using the previous steps, the only option is a format and reload of the computer with all data removed from the drive.
