If you want to restore it without a cd, you will at least need a usb stick(4GB) and an ISO file of the restore CD which should be available on your manufacturers website(you may have to ask for it). After that, download wintoflash, use that advance function to pick the iso file to burn to the usb stick, and THEN start up the computer and hit f10 to bring up the menu, then go to boot and pick usb. After that, it will boot from the usb stick and restore as if the CD was in it.
