Ge 24700 Support

I have a GE 24700 hooked to a samsung 32" lcd via coax and still cannot receive any channels.  Any suggestions?

Try unplugging the power cable from the back of the antenna.  For some reason I get no channels w/o the antenna, 18 w/ the antenna and 0 w/ the antenna plugged into the wall.
