Refers to a stuck keypad or controller issue.
1. Press the CLEAR/OFF pad.
2. Disconnect the power cord & wait at least 30 minutes to see if code returns.

If code recurs, problem is in the control. Replace control.
If code does not recur, problem is with the Key Panel.
