Have A E 4 Code When In Cool Mode

This code means that the waterbucket is full or that it is not properly installed. this is for water over flow. there should be a top for the bucket that if not installed will give that code as there is a small button inside that needs to be contacted in the same manner as a washing machine lid , if opened the washer stops.
