I Have Blinking Lights On My Washing Machine. If I Shut Off The Power & Turn It

BACK ON SOMETIMES IT WILL WORK & SOMETIMES IT WON'T. AND WHEN IT DOES WORK, IT WILL STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CYCLE LIKE IT IS ON PAUSE.WHAT IS WRONG?
