Water Below Washer Drum Does Not Drain. Have Checked Drain Line And It Is Ok

Either the pump has a blockage or it has failed and needs to be replaced. To check for a blockage you need to remove the front panel. Use a putty knife inbetween the top and front. There are two clips about 3 inches in from the corners. Push in on them and remove the front panel. Then remove the hoses from the pump and clean it out. The pump is attached to the base of the washer.
