Duty Oustanding On Warrenty Shippment

I have a warrenty shippment that is awaiting pick-up at UPS, but has Duty Billed to me. Tracking . UPS is holding at depot for 7 days or return will occur. I've been awaiting resolution from Geneie Accounting Dept., but have not been contacted since early in the week. Thank you,
