Door Sensor Led's Flickery Very Dim Like After Power Outage

Removed power to garage to work on an outlet, restored power and both door sensor LED's are faintly blinking. Replaced both door sensors and wire. No fix. Happened about a month agao and after sitting for a couple days it worked fine. Both sensor LED's were faintly blinking and were staedy lights. One is green led and the other is red led.
