The Red Bar Light Is Blinking. Unplugged. Blue Light Will Not Come On To Progra

If I use the door, it will open about half way and the red bar light starts blinking again. If I close the door it will push hard at the end and reopenl. Tried the unplug reset thing and tried the program to reset the door closed and open. When I hold the down arrow the blue light will not come on.
