Pc Not Starting Properly
hi,
fans come on,hard drive light constant,no monitor,no beeps,
reseated every thing,reset cmos,different monitor etc
only thing left is cpu,.
replaced 4 pin feed plug and tested power surply,
how do i safely remiove intel fan and cpu,
