I've Lost A Document In My O-mail Account?!

I received an excel document through an e mail in my O mail account then i clicked Download then Open and started working on it frequently clicking the floppy disk Icon as i went. When i finished i clicked the Icon again and closed the window so that i could resend the document but i couldn't find it through my e mail browser or in my computer when i went back to check it. I need this document and i worked to long to start it over now. Please Help!!!
