Fraud With My Debit Card

My debit card was fraudently obtained and several purchases were made on Google.   There are only 2 $1.00 charges showing at this time, but the entire amount will follow soon.   I need to stop these charges so that these charges will not come out of my bank account.   The bank says I have to contact you myself.   Please help me.

I have found this page regarding Abuse of the Google Checkout system. I am not sure which Google Product the charge was placed under but hopefully this site will help. There is contact/instructions on this page for separate Google services so that you can narrow down who to contact and what procedure is necessary.

*Edit - This may be a better solution; a link found on the page for addressing Unauthorized charges.
