Google Have Linked My Name With Someone Elses Comment On A Webpage

I posted a comment on a BBC web page & Google liked my name with someone else's comment starting "As an ex-drug user..." BBC have removed my surname but GOOGLE refuse to do anything about the fact that if you Google Search my name on of the first links to come up is this.  It looks bad for me if an prospective employer were to do this & come up with this comment.  Let alone the fact that it is not my comment.  I have tried contacting Google but they refuse to remove it.
