Inappropriate Information Request

I am receiving messages supposedly from Gogle customer service asking for all personal information plus my password saying that google has too many cusomers and will cancel my account unless I answer questions. Thisis a bunch of bull and if this really comes from google then take it! Give me a way to verify emails like this without spending an hour answering useless questions only to try and sell me more stuff, we are people, remember?
