Reactivating My Account

How can I do this WITHOUT the suggestions that google provides?  I tried reactivating my account based on the method google suggests but there was numerous vague error messages and that method would not work.  I really need help and google has been terrible at resolving my issue, mainly because there are no PEOPLE working for google to help me.
