Why Won't Google Let Me Log Into My Facebook Account Anymore?

When I would log out of my facebook account it would pop up a window saying something about sceriuty. It would let me procced anyway but now it will not let me. It keeps saying " Invalid Server Certificate" and will not let me proceed any futher. I have no clue how to fix anything or what to do. Please help me.
