My Email Messages Are Suddenly Printing Off The Page. Header And Footer Missing

About a week ago my google email and web search documents are printing off the page. Sometimes the top header indicating the date and web page name prints and sometimes it doesn't. The footer no longer prints at all. Instead, the document prints off the page and cuts the bottom line in half horizontally. It does print a second page but not as is indicated that it will print when the print command window comes up. I spent two hours on the phone with Apple support hoping they could help me. They determined it is not an Apple systems issue but is, instead, a Google browser interpretation problem. When I switched to Safari, the problem disappeared. I prefer to use Google Chrome but am frustrated and angry as hell that I cannot speak to an actual living human being to get my problem solved. I did remove and reinstall Google Chrome hoping that would solve the problem but it didn't. Please tell me where and how I can get some help.

Sorry to say, Google does not generally offer customer service by phone (you can try for it at 650-623-4000), and Google support is in general feeble at best. Some pages offer canned questions to send. If as is likely the answer doesn’t satisfy, you’ll have the opportunity to reply with a further question. Some help pages have “Additional Resources” listed at the right.

You can write Google at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043. If necessary you can complain to the California Dept. of Consumer Affairs at 916-445-1254.
