Forgotten Gmail Password

I have forgotten my password and cannot receive text messages on my house phone. Since I cannot access my account, I cannot edit my account information ie cellphone number. I have received one access code, but it is deemed incorrect by the google system. This has been going on since the end of January this year.I need to change my phone number so that this does not happen again.my cell number . Would you please provide me with a solution to this problem? Thank you,Elizabeth Jane Read

Your question is unclear. If the access code was provided by Google, how can Google say it's incorrect? Do you think it's possible you did not use the exact access code Google gave you? In any case, the form at http://bit.ly/23TcPiZ should solve. Good luck!
