I Keep Getting Messages I Have A Sign In Attempt. I Changed My Password. Why?

I need to know if my account is safe and that my new password etc. was recorded! Can't get a live person this is ridiculous!

Google does not for most issues (including this one) offer customer service by phone. You can write Google at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, but don't hold your breath for a reply. Your best bet is to use the form at https://support.google.com/accounts/troubleshooter/2402620?hl=en&from=2402620&rd=2.
