Google Does Not Respond. Their Submit A Question To Their Help Forum Does Not Wo

Google Submit Question DOES NOT work when seeking help from their help forums. I have 2 issues. First One is what I just wrote, When you Submit your question, then click to continue to the next page, They ask you to type details WELL YOU CANT.. Its like they dont want to answer anyones questions about anything. In fact ALL  the places I tried to submit did the same thing.... So The reason why I contacted them was for help. with my IGoogle Page, The Gadgets have dissappeared and the Restore Does NOT work... Everything seems glitched. Why does Customer Service never help anyone, why do they ignore you when you do finally get to submit and I thought they were a company of honor. Why do they do this to people. ??????????????????????????? Can someone notify them and tell them that their help forum does NOT work and also that people like myself are having issues with their IGoogle Homepage and their gadgets and despite doing ALL steps to restore the gadgets, it still Does NOT work... Also that somebody needs to hire more help or get some folks over there to be more curteous and helpful for folks that use Google or they may find folks going to other search engines instead and dumping them... I dont personally want to do it but will if I need to.. I'm just one person, how many more thousands out there with the same frustrations. When blogger went down I personally heard hundreds on a group I was on complain.. So its not just me.. So  IGoogle Restore Gadget Page does not work and in fact the Igoogle homepage is all messed up looking... Weird white screen off to the right hand side that is empty and then blackness all over the page... The Restore Gadgets and ALL STEPS were followed... ALSO issue with submitting Help request DOES NOT WORK either, you never ever ever can post details, only a subject in subject line and then when you click next the detail page to explain does NOT work.

Sorry you're frustrated. However, it seems the Google products in question are ones you do not pay for. I hope you can understand that Google has to judge for itself whether it wants to maintain the expense for one-on-one support for its free products. Many companies -- Google included -- do not. Google employees will often respond to help forum inquiries, but there's certainly no guarantee that they will.

You may not like to hear this, but if you require personal support for a search engine or other Google product, you probably should choose a comparable paid (non-Google) product instead. A Google search should be able to locate such products without much trouble.

Hope this is useful. Please don't forget to click the Accept This Answer button if you do accept it. My aim is to provide reliable helpful answers, not just a lot of them. See https://www.helpowl.com/profile/Odin.
