Password Issues With Gmail Password.
I can not sign in to my gmail due to password issues and i need to sign in to this account in order to syc my contact and other to my new cell phone.

Just like the other answer, you should try and use Google's Account Recovery form first here: "Having Trouble Signing In"
Although, in addition to the previous answer, if you need your account back urgently, or if the above did not work, then use this form: "Forgot Your Password" to reset your password.
