Receive In Mail From 2 Accounts With Only One Letter Different In The Email Name

I sent a photo from my iPad to my phone. The incoming email had an extra letter in my email user name. It is not. Changing to my original user name. What is the problem? Sending a photo to my self to open on another device. Please help?
