Taxes In The Denver/metro Area?

Greetings, Can the Google shopping cart calculate taxes in the Denver/Metro area? For example: The sales tax that is paid in the Denver/Metro area is actually a combination of taxes. The following applies only to the metro area: State of Colorado - 2.9% RTD/Cultural District/Etc. - 1.2% County - varies City - varies So if you're in a city you'll pay more tax because you'll have county + city + state + RTD/CD/etc. If you're shopping in an unincorporated area you won't pay city tax, so it's lower.  Can the Google shopping cart calculate this for us? Also can it offer an ebook delivery system? Thanks, Sherri :)
