Wh Is It So Difficult To Reach A Live Person At Googley
can't get into my g mail and all on line measures have not worked

As a matter of policy, Google does not offer phone support on its free products. They probably figure you're getting sufficient value already for your zero investment. For Gmail, your best bet may be the Help Form accessible from the Help page (click Help at the top of your Inbox page).
