Why Arent You Open Easter? I Need You Now!

I need to get help w my verizon account accessing google software. My husbands propective employer wants to do a video interview. I cannot do it because of software incompatability. I don't understand why my galaxy s3 isn't good enough for your system. Why?

You would need to contact Verizon, as this sounds like an issue with the phone itself, not Google.
