How Do I Get Live Help With A Compromised Account Issue
I am trying to reach someone to help with a compromised account issue. Have been unable to get any kind of help for over 2 weeks now. Can't get into my account. Can't get my email. can't even get to my Google home page.

The closest thing to "live help" provided by Google is response to emails, and Google rarely provides even that, unfortunately. Your best bet may be to consult Google's help forum, here.
