Charged For Groupon's That Were Not Downloaded
Had to update my credit card and was double charged and also charged for something that was not confirmed. A grand total of $90.

This issue should be easily resolved. Phone Groupon at (877) 788-7858 in the U.S. or write them at [email protected]. In the UK, you can write them directly at [email protected] or No. 1 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 7QD; or phone them at +44(0)203 510 0410. I've found that they adhere more than scrupulously to their website's assurance that "If the experience using your Groupon ever lets you down, we’ll make it right or return your purchase."
