Hi Hi Bought 2 Vouchers From Groupon And The Company Will Not Send The Goods
Hi
I bought 2 vouchers for 2 snuggle wraps for my family for xmas from a company called millprice. I went onto their website and put my voucher numbers and agreed to the postage of £6.90 and everthing was going fine until I had to pay through paypal. It said there was a problem and my order was cancelled I tried again and my paypal payment was accepted, but no goods arrived. On checking on my account with them it still shows cancelled. Although they contacted me to say they would sort it out. They are now ignoring my emails. Any ideas to what I can do?

Unfortunately, U.K. Groupon does not offer phone support. You can address snail mail to No. 1 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 7QD.
You may want to dispute the payment with PayPal, here.
It might also help to write U.S.A. Groupon, at [email protected]. I know the U.S.A. Groupon's customer service is tops. Good luck!
