I received a massage as a birthday gift from a place called Soliday Sunrise massage. The contact number to make the appointment for the massage is not a working number. I have no way to use my Groupon voucher. It appears this company has gone out of business.... but Groupon has the money for the service purchase and there is no way to get the service. I need some help with this problem please

Groupon wants you to return your voucher within 3 days of purchase, but in my experience it will promptly refund your purchase price in your situation, regardless. Unfortunaely, Groupon in the U.S. is not currently offering phone access. You can however write the company at [email protected]. In the U.K. you can write directly to [email protected] or (probably) phone +44(0)203 510 0410. If worse comes to worst (I don't expect it will be necessary), call your state's consumer protection agency, for which see https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer.
