i have purchase the above groupon as Christmas gifts only to see they expire on 12/18/15? When reading the groupon Glen Mills -NEVER EXPIRES. Which totally confused me when I got an email saying I have only to 12/18 to use them? Can I get a refund? These were suppose to be Christmas gifts for my nieces and nephews. I purchase 1 and my husband purchased 3 totaling $88. How can we rectify this? Please help! Barbara & Joseph Carucci

I'm at a huge disadvantage in advising you because I can't read the fine print of Groupon's offer and I'm not even familiar with the product. I'm guessing it's a gift card or equivalent.

In any event, here in boldface is Groupon's rule regarding returns:

Unless the Fine Print says otherwise, you can return any item you purchased through Groupon Goods within fourteen days of delivery, on us. After fourteen days of delivery, all items purchased through Groupon Goods are non-refundable and all sales are final.

So you may want to look at the fine print of the offer. If that's not handy or if you need further clarification, call Groupon.
