Samsung 50 Inch Full Hd 1080p Smart Led Hdtv...cracked Screen!

I spoke with a Bernard A., in Groupon Support...My husband and I ordered a Samsung TV for our Christmas gift. It arrived and we unwrapped it so we could put the big box out for the trash pick up since it only comes once a week, after we discarded box and plugged it, we saw a big crack down the screen and we were sick. I chatted online with Bernard A in support and he asked that I email a picture of the screen so I did...I have yet to get a reply as to what we can do. There is supposed to be a Samsung Warranty and we would like to see if we could take it locally and have it fixed??? I see that my credit card was charged and we have nothing but a broken TV. I tried to call Groupon to talk with a representative but the recording said that there is a 1 hour wait...please help us!!

Sorry you've had to wait for resolution, but my experience with Groupon on such issues is very positive. Telephone contact during holiday periods like this can be difficult, especially if you call early in the week. You can instead write the company at [email protected].
