Problem In Google Account I Don't Have A Connection After Formatting My Phone

Possible causes:
- Incorrect date settings - ignore this if your browser has connection
- Data connection requires a restart - power cycle the phone
- Background data is disabled
- Corrupt account data - clear data under apps > All > Google services frame work
Format the phone again if all else fails
