Can Not Connect To Laptop

I tried to connect with laptop but can not connect

Check the cable connectionTry connecting to different USB ports. Make sure you connect your phone to a USB 2.0 port on your computer. Try a different USB cable. ... Try connecting your phone to another computer that has the latest HTC Sync Manager version installed.
