Is Not Cooling Down The Way We Think It Should.
We own the Haier mentioned above BUT the air quality is NOT good. Perhaps we are using the wrong setting? Can you PLEASE tell me which setting is used for the air conditioning? There are 3 different modes.........one shows a sun, one shows raindrops, and lastly one shows a fan. We cannot seem to regulate the air at all. The equipment that came with the unit does NOT fit in our window. This was a gift to us and we have no receipts or anything. I look forward to your response very SOON..........the temperature here today is 99.1 degrees and I suffer from CHF so I NEED this working properly. Your truly, Bernice
