My Brew Basket Is Broken. You Don't Have Any In Stock. Replacement When And How?

Could this be more difficult? You make a crappy product that breaks in 8 weeks. You sell out of replacement parts. And, to top it all off, you are unavailable, when I, a person who works regular daytime hours, tries to connect with you. I am getting more unhappy as the minutes tick by.
